Q: How stiff are the Stage 1 sway bars compared to stock?

The front bar is 31.8 mm and runs roughly 740 lbs/in soft, 890 medium, and 1075 firm. The rear bar is 22.2 mm at approximately 114 soft, 130 medium, and 150 firm. Those three positions per axle let you fine-tune the car’s balance rather than accept one fixed rate. For a neutral street feel, the page suggests starting medium front and soft rear, then adjusting from there once you learn how the car responds.
