Q: Is swapping in a billet lower fore link going to jeopardize Tesla coverage?

No, not on its own. Magnuson-Moss requires Tesla to prove the arm caused a specific failure before it can deny a related warranty claim, so installing it is not grounds for a blanket denial. Keep the factory links you remove so you can return to stock if you ever want to. The arm is also backed by our own suspension warranty, so running it long term is not a gamble.
