Q: Is the 21-inch UP-03 package ready to install out of the box?

Yes. It ships mounted, road-force balanced, and TPMS-ready, so it goes straight onto the car. Road-force balancing reduces vibration on low-profile 21s, which is worth having at Plaid speeds. Because tires, sensors, and balancing are already handled, it is a bolt-on rather than a bare wheel set that would still need a shop visit to become drivable.
