Q: Is this something I can install myself or should a shop do it?

It’s a full replacement of the rocker system in heavy carbon steel, so plan on lifting the truck, removing the factory plastic rockers, and bolting the steel panels to multiple chassis points. A capable DIYer with a proper jack and stands can manage it, but the weight makes it a two-person job.
