Q: What should I do after the UP-05 package is installed?

The set arrives mounted, balanced, and TPMS-ready, so once it is bolted on, torque the lug nuts to Tesla spec and set cold tire pressures accurately for your chosen 20-inch fitment. Book a four-wheel alignment to dial wear and steering feel, especially on a staggered or lowered setup, and recheck lug torque after the first drive.
