Q: What wheel width is the 245/40R19 Pilot Sport 4S made for?

This 245/40R19 is sized for a 19×9 wheel, and we recommend it on 19×9 UP Forged Wheels for the Model 3. That width lets the 245 section sit with a correct sidewall profile, so the contact patch stays flat under load. As a square 245 setup it also keeps tire rotation simple, front to rear, which stretches tread life on a daily-driven car.
