Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once you cancel an order with Unplugged Performance, we process refunds promptly to ensure you receive your money back as quickly as possible. Typically, refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation. However, the exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank or card issuer processing times, which can range from 3 to 10 business days.
If you paid via credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. For financing options like Affirm, refunds will be coordinated through those providers according to their policies. We recommend monitoring your bank or payment account after cancellation and contacting your payment provider if you do not see the refund within 10 business days. For any questions or concerns during the refund process, our customer support team is here to assist you promptly.
