Q: Who pays import duties, GST, and customs charges?
The customer does. All listed prices are set in our home market and do not include Australian taxes, customs duty, or import processing fees. Australia applies GST of 10% on imported goods, and depending on the product category and order value, customs duty and a courier or broker handling fee may also apply. These charges are assessed by Australian Border Force and the carrier, collected from you before delivery, and are entirely your responsibility.
