Q: Will 245/40R19 summer tires void my Model 3 warranty?
No. Fitting aftermarket tires does not void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Tesla would have to show that the tire caused a specific failure to deny that claim, and a correctly sized DOT tire on the right wheel does not do that. Tires are a normal wear item Tesla expects owners to replace with the brand and model they choose.
