Q: Will lowering my Model X void the Tesla warranty?

Fitting a lowering kit does not automatically void factory coverage. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act means Tesla has to show that the kit caused a specific failure before denying that claim, not simply point at its presence. We suggest keeping your original hardware so you can return to stock if you ever want to. Note the soft-code warning above is a known behavior, not a defect.
