Fitting aftermarket pads does not, by itself, cancel your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Tesla must show that the aftermarket part caused a specific failure before denying that claim. Because brake pads are a wear item and these are designed to fit the factory calipers, the risk is limited. That said, damage from misuse or improper install is on you, so keep your factory pads if you want an easy path back to stock.
