The Unplugged Performance Ascension-R rear wing has been developed in CFD for maximum rear downforce in a tasteful and Model 3 specific design.

The highly functional design is produced in Japan by Unplugged Performance production partner and racing expert, Voltex Suzuka.

Made Specific For the Model 3

Unlike most racing wings, this particular wing utilizes a specialized shape that is developed exclusively for the Model 3 platform. The wing is dimensionally appropriate for a street driven car, but creates significant rear downforce for racing applications. Rear visibility is not impaired at all after installation as it cannot be seen in the rearview mirror.

Two configurations

The racing rear wing is offered in two configurations:

A: Main wing in carbon fiber + trunk stands in matte black fiberglass

B: Main wing in carbon fiber + trunk stands in carbon fiber

In both cases the main wing element is the same and in both cases the construction utilizes an adjustable wing bracket in dry carbon to allow multiple angles of attack.

Installation Notes

This rear wing requires drilling to the trunk for installation. For those concerned with resale value after drilling into the factory trunk, spare trunks can frequently be found for near $500 on ebay or even new from Tesla. If concerned with resale value, this wing could be sold with included trunk in exchange for a factory trunk as another option.
