Q: What is the Unplugged Performance return policy?
Unplugged Performance accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original, undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. Custom-built products, special-order items, and clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return.
