Q: Can I build an off-road Model Y around the UP-03 wheel?

Yes, and the UP-03 is a natural base for it. In an 18-inch off-road spec it pairs with all-terrain rubber for trail duty, and there’s even a beadlock-style version for serious use. For a dirt-focused build, look at the UP-03 x Yokohama Geolandar package and back it with a lift. The 19 here is more of an all-road wheel, capable on rough surfaces but tuned for pavement first.
