Q: Are 22-inch aftermarket wheels going to wreck my range and efficiency?

There is a small efficiency cost to any larger, wider wheel and tire, and 22s are the upper end of that. UP offsets it where it can: the CYBRHEX is forged aluminum optimized for the Tesla platform with attention to strength and aerodynamics, and the Parada Spec-X is an efficient UHP all-season rather than a soft sticky tire.
