They are hubcentric, meaning each spacer centers on the hub exactly like the factory mounting, so there is no wobble or vibration from the wheel hanging on the studs. That is the difference between a properly engineered spacer and a cheap universal one. The wheel locates on the machined bore, not on the lug hardware, which keeps everything running true at speed.
