Q: Can I run wheel spacers with these wheels?

No. The UP-RW FF is not compatible with bolt-on spacers that need extended studs or separate hub-mounted hardware. The wheel is engineered to sit in the correct position on its own, so it doesn’t need or accept them. If a pushed-out, flush stance is your goal, a different approach is required, since forcing a spacer onto this wheel isn’t supported and we don’t recommend it.
