Q: How do the 20-inch and 19-inch UP-03 packages compare?

The 20-inch gives a larger face and slightly tighter sidewall for a more aggressive look and grip, with three fitments including the wide 20×11 rear. The 19-inch UP-03 package adds sidewall for ride comfort and clears the same Plaid brakes, and it is the choice if you want mechanical grip without stepping up in diameter. Both share UP-03’s forged construction.
