Q: How much does each UP-RW FF wheel weigh?

Each wheel weighs 27.6 lbs and carries a load rating of 950 kg or more. That load capacity matters on a full-size, heavy EV like the Model S. Flow forming builds strength into the barrel by shaping it under pressure and rollers after casting, so you get a stronger barrel than a plain cast wheel while staying more affordable than a forged one.
