Q: Is this a square setup, and why does that matter?

Yes, all four wheels are 19×8.5 +30, so the front and rear match. A square fitment lets you rotate tires front to rear, which evens out wear and stretches tire life. Staggered setups look aggressive but lock you out of rotation, meaning tires wear unevenly and get replaced sooner. For high-mileage Model S owners, the square layout is one of the smartest cost-of-ownership moves available.
