Q: What makes the UP-03 strong enough for track use?
Two things. It’s forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, which packs the grain structure tighter than casting for higher strength, and it uses a super-strong I-beam spoke profile that minimizes flex for consistent feedback when you’re driving hard. A knurled barrel helps keep the tire locked to the rim through repeated heat cycles and hard launches. That’s why the wheel carries an unlimited track-use warranty rather than a street-only one.
