It fits the 2021+ Model S and Model X in both Plaid and Long Range. You select the mount alone or the mount and tow hitch kit combo at checkout. So a 2021-onward Plaid or Long Range S or X is covered. If you are running an earlier car, this specific mount is not for you, and you should contact us about the right hardware.
