The UP INVINCIBLE® Roof Rack provides unlimited potential for mounting to the Cybertruck’s roof. The four heavy-duty roof rails bolt directly into the Cybertruck’s attachment system for easy installation. The height of each roof rail is specifically designed to orient a straight line allowing flat panels to easily attach in a straight plane. This otherwise would not be possible as the Cybetruck’s four mounting points are not in a straight line orientation as it visually might suggest.

Tesla Cybertruck UP INVINCIBLE® HD Roof Rack Set
The UP INVINCIBLE® HD Roof Rack provides unlimited potential for mounting to the Cybertruck’s roof and over the truck’s bed. The four heavy-duty roof rails bolt directly onto the Cybertruck’s OEM attachment system for easy installation. The heights of each roof rail are unique and specifically designed to orient carried items in a flat plane allowing flat panels to easily attach in a straight plane, a function not possible with Tesla’s roof bars which do not create a flat-pane, straight line orientation, despite what the truck’s design may suggest.
The Roof Rack Set includes four heavy-duty roof rails and additional features are optional, which can be added at the time of purchase or added at a later date.
Roof Applique Requirement:
The UP INVINCIBLE® HD Roof Rack Set is compatible with every Tesla Cybertruck. Each rail bolts into the Cybertruck’s factory attachment points, and those mounting points are part of Tesla’s roof applique for crossbars. The same requirement applies to the optional INVINCIBLE® Side Sail Panel MOLLE Rack Set, which uses those points whether it is mounted to these rails or directly to the truck.
Some Cybertrucks now ship from Tesla without the roof applique installed. If yours does not have it, order Tesla’s Cybertruck Roof Applique for Crossbars and install it first. Once those mounting points are in place, the roof rails install exactly as designed. Nothing about the UP hardware changes. The applique simply provides the factory mounting points our rails bolt to.
How to check your truck: look along the roof line where the cab meets the sail panels. If the applique and its crossbar mounting points are there, you are ready to install. If that area is bare, order the Tesla applique first, or contact our team and we will confirm fitment for your build.

The UP 50” Double-Row “BFLB” High-Output LED Light Bar goes a step further and doubles the LED count to 96. This roof-mounted light bar attaches to the forward-most Roof Rail to illuminate any trail, campsite, or Mars crater.
The UP INVINCIBLE® MOLLE Side Sail Panel Rack Set enables even more adventure for your Cybertruck. The heavy duty MOLLE panels cover the side sail area of the Cybertruck and turn that surface into functional mountable surface areas of off-road gear or camping gear. The Side Sail Panel MOLLE racks mount to the lower 3 Roof Rails for easy installation.

Our parts are crafted from a combination of materials, each carefully selected to leverage its unique strengths and benefits. Our accessory parts are made of combination of A36, 1010 and 1008 steel. A36 is primarily used, which is valued for its strength, toughness, and weldability. This combination ensures optimal performance and long-lasting reliability.
Material thicknesses:
Our Cybertruck accessories, including sail panels, roof racks, light bar mounts, Starlink mounts, bed storage, and roof tents, are built using steel ranging from 1/8 inch (gauge 10) to 1/16 inch (gauge 16). This range allows us to optimize each part for strength, durability, and weight.
By placing steel of different thicknesses in the right locations, we ensure each accessory is strong where it matters most while remaining lightweight for maximum efficiency. For example, thicker steel is used in load-bearing areas, while thinner steel is reserved for non-structural components to minimize unnecessary weight.
Finish:
All accessories are finished with a thick black powder coating to resist rust, scratches, and corrosion while delivering a rugged, sleek look that complements the Cybertruck’s design.

Does a full roof rack hurt range or add much weight?
Any roof load adds aerodynamic drag and weight, so expect some efficiency cost with a fully loaded rack, as with any truck. We keep the rails to heavy-duty steel where strength is needed while using thinner gauge material in less critical spots to avoid piling on mass. Running fewer rails or removing the light bar when you don’t need it trims the penalty.
How does this compare to Tesla’s own roof bars?
Tesla’s roof bars don’t create a flat, straight-line surface, which limits what you can mount cleanly across them. This set’s staggered rail heights are specifically designed to produce that flat plane, so wide panels, a light bar, and MOLLE racks all sit true. If you only need a couple of light accessories, factory bars may suffice; for a real overlanding platform, the flat plane matters.
How well does the satin black finish hold up over years of use?
The rails wear a satin black powder coating chosen for all-season durability against rust and corrosion, which is what a rooftop part baking in sun and road salt needs. The heavy-duty steel underneath is the structural story; the coating protects it and keeps the look consistent with the rest of the INVINCIBLE line. Because everything bolts to factory points with no permanent alteration, you can also pull the rails and revert to stock whenever you want.
How heavy-duty are the rails, material-wise?
They’re built primarily from A36 steel for strength and weldability, with 1010 and 1008 grades in supporting areas, using thicknesses from gauge 10 down to gauge 16 placed by load. The finish is satin black powder coating for all-season durability. Heavy-duty steel is the point here, since a roof rack’s whole job is carrying weight securely.
Do these bolt to factory points or do I have to drill?
They bolt directly onto the Cybertruck’s OEM attachment system, no drilling required. That’s what keeps installation straightforward and reversible. The rails are engineered to use the mounting hardware the truck already provides, so the roof stays sealed and factory underneath.
