UP x PFC performance pads, front and rear

Developed with Performance Friction, the Street & Track compound provides a substantial increase in initial bite, stable friction at elevated temperatures, and excellent modulation. Unlike full race pads, Street & Track is engineered to work in daily use without requiring high heat to perform. Noise and dust are well managed for street duty, and rotor wear is controlled. For drivers who regularly enjoy twisty roads, spirited commutes, towing, mountain descents, autocross, or occasional track days, this is the sweet spot that preserves everyday livability.

For closed-course needs where even more bite and thermal headroom are desired, our Competition compound is available. This race-leaning friction material is not recommended for regular street use since it can increase noise and dust, accelerate rotor wear, and needs temperature to shine. Choose Competition only if your Model X primarily sees track environments and you accept those tradeoffs.

Stainless Steel Sport Brake Lines

From the factory, the Model X uses rubber hoses that can expand under hard braking. That expansion softens pedal feedback and reduces precision. Our stainless braided, Teflon-lined Sport Brake Lines resist expansion to deliver a firmer, more consistent pedal and finer control when you are braking repeatedly, towing downhill, or driving quickly. Each kit is vehicle-specific for 2021+ Model X and includes four lines, brackets that follow factory routing, plus crush washers and banjo bolts for a proper install. Professional installation is recommended.

Fluid matters

High-temperature racing brake fluid is strongly recommended with any performance pad upgrade. Choose a premium option such as Motul RBF 660, PFC RH 665, Endless RF 650, or Castrol SRF. OEM DOT 4 fluid will function, but it can contribute to a mushy pedal during sustained hard use. Proper bleeding and a correct bed-in procedure are essential to achieve the best results.
