Tesla Model 3 Performance (2024+) Carbon Fiber Front Aero Kit

By reducing front lift and adding downforce, it improves front grip and high-speed stability, so steering feel and composure at speed sharpen up. The deflectors also push air around the tires to trim drag. On the street you get a more planted nose; on track the effect is more useful the harder you push. Yes. It is built to work with the UP Carbon Fiber Side Skirts and the rest of the rear aero so the whole car balances front to rear. Front downforce alone can shift balance forward, so matching it with a rear wing like the Ascension-R keeps the aero even. Build the front and rear together for the best result.

Installing the kit will not cost you your Tesla warranty by default. The Magnuson-Moss Act makes Tesla prove a specific failure traces to the aftermarket parts before it can refuse a claim, and four bolt-on aero pieces on the factory bumper never touch the drivetrain or battery. Nothing is drilled and it all reverses, so the front end returns to stock before any dealer visit.

Every piece uses prepreg-autoclave construction with a dry-carbon-kevlar backing layer and integrated resin for strength with low weight. Structural fitment and function are covered for 5 years for the original owner. The base-coat carbon surface is provided as-is so a shop can clear coat or protect it, which means UV fading and rock chips on unprotected parts are outside that coverage.

The design was run through Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations to validate its performance before release. The front splitter lowers the undertray closer to the ground and uses the Venturi effect to generate downforce, while the redesigned deflectors were lowered and enlarged so they now create downforce where the originals actually generated lift. The airflow along the nearly flat floor stays strong to hold the ground effect.

All four components install with no drilling and can be removed later without a trace, so a patient DIYer can handle it, though aligning four matched pieces takes time. This warranty is valid for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, excluding consumable products like brake pads, rotors, and tires, starting from the installation date. Coverage extends to labor for warranty repairs when performed by Unplugged Performance or an authorized installer. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, off‑road use, improper installation not done by us, or modifications that aren’t factory-approved.

Installing aftermarket parts does not automatically void your Tesla warranty. Under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (www.sema.org/sema-enews/2011/01/ftc-validates-right-to-install-aftermarket-parts), a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because you installed aftermarket parts. Tesla must prove that the aftermarket part caused the specific failure in question to deny a warranty claim. UP recommends retaining all factory parts to allow reverting to stock if needed.
