Each component in the kit is made of high-quality prepreg carbon fiber and offered in a choice of Satin or Gloss finishes. All components allow for easy, no-drill installation that can be simply removed without evidence of application.

The Front Aero Kit includes all four UP front aero components including the Front Lip Spoiler, Front Canards, Front Deflectors and the Front Racing Diffuser, all made in high-quality prepreg carbon fiber.

Front Lip Spoiler

Front Deflectors

Front Racing Diffuser

Designed for form and function, the Front Racing Diffuser was designed to work seamlessly with the Lip Spoiler. This component adds a striking visual impact to the front end of the Tesla Model 3 Performance and unleashes a new world of enhanced aerodynamics that translates to improved stability for an unbeatable racing edge.

We’ve put our design through testing using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, ensuring its performance.

The front splitter directs high-pressure air and lowers the undertray closer to the ground, generating downforce by channeling air over the car and creating suction beneath the splitter via the Venturi effect. The undertray sits lower and more parallel to the ground compared to the stock one, accelerating airflow and reducing pressure. To minimize added drag, our Racing Diffuser splitter is more aggressive at the sides in front of the wheels working simultaneously with the Front Deflectors, reducing the frontal area and deflecting air around the tires. The airflow along the center remains strong, maintaining the ground effect created by the nearly flat floor of the car.

The Undertray

The leading edge of the front splitter is rounded to prevent flow separation as air moves around the stagnation point. The bottom edge is more rounded than the top, lowering the pressure beneath the car due to the Bernoulli effect, effectively shaping the splitter to function like an inverted airfoil. The underside of the splitter also features corner deflectors that efficiently redirect airflow around the wheels, reducing drag and managing turbulence. While the original deflectors generated lift, these redesigned deflectors generate downforce by being lowered, reshaped, and enlarged, all while deflecting air around the wheels just as effectively.

This component drastically reduces front ground clearance increasing the risk of damage from driveways, parking stumps, curbs, etc.

Front carbon fiber Aero Kit pairs perfectly with UP Carbon Fiber Side Skirts as well as rear side spats, rear diffuser and rear wing.

UP Carbon parts are engineered using advanced prepreg-autoclave technology with our proprietary dry-carbon-kevlar backing layer. This superior method, with resin integrated during production, delivers exceptional strength-to-weight performance compared to traditional wet-layup or vacuum infusion methods.

Base Coat Information
Our parts feature a base coat finish that displays the carbon fiber weave. These finishes serve as a foundation and can be enhanced through professional clear coating or protection film services at your local automotive facility. As these are base coat finishes, warranty coverage excludes all cosmetic outcomes including UV-related fading, discoloration, scratches, rock chips, and finish degradation.
