Hey everyone! If you have been thinking about adding carbon fiber to your Model 3, we have a healthy selection of exterior upgrades in stock. That includes options for the original Model 3 and the refreshed 2024+ Highland, with parts designed specifically for Performance and non-Performance trims.

One thing we enjoy about these builds is that everyone approaches them differently. Some owners start with a front lip and leave it there. Others add a spoiler for efficiency, or gradually work toward a more complete aero package. You can choose the pieces that make sense for your car and build from there.

Our approach comes from years of developing Teslas for the street and racetrack. Across this lineup, that means purposeful shapes, lightweight carbon construction, and aerodynamic development supported by computational fluid dynamics, or CFD, where applicable. Each part has its own role, whether that is managing airflow, adding downforce, reducing drag, or bringing the exterior together.
Here is a closer look at what you can add to your build.

Model 3 Performance Rear Diffuser Extension: Give Airflow a Better Exit

There is a lot happening underneath your Model 3, and how that air exits matters. Our Rear Diffuser Extension lengthens the factory diffuser and adds two central strakes to help guide airflow through the rear section. Its development included CFD testing with an Efficiency Spoiler, with that combination showing approximately 2.4% less drag and increased net downforce in the simulated configuration. Those results belong to the combination, but the extension can also be installed individually. For owners starting at the rear, it adds a more pronounced diffuser profile while leaving room to expand the build. The 2024+ Performance version is currently in stock in Satin and Gloss.

Model 3 Performance Front Lip Spoiler: A Starting Point with Room to Grow

A front lip is often the first exterior part owners reach for, and we understand why. It changes the face of the car without requiring a complete bumper replacement. Our 2024+ Model 3 Performance Front Lip Spoiler follows the factory bumper contours while extending its more aggressive character. Made from prepreg carbon fiber, it is designed to reduce front lift and improve stability at speed. It also serves as the foundation for our Front Deflectors and Front Racing Diffuser if your plans grow later. Installation requires no drilling or removal of factory bumper components, making this an approachable first step toward a more developed front aero setup.

Model 3 Performance Front Aero Kit: Bring the Front End Together

For those who already know they want the complete front setup, our Carbon Fiber Front Aero Kit brings four components together: the Front Lip Spoiler, Front Canards, Front Deflectors, and Front Racing Diffuser. Each addresses a different area of the front end, from managing airflow around the tires to reducing lift and adding downforce. Together, they create a more assertive appearance that follows the Performance bumper’s existing design. The kit is currently in stock in Gloss for the 2024+ Model 3 Performance. It is a convenient way to build the front in one step, and a useful starting point for planning complementary side and rear aero as your goals develop.

Model 3 Highland Side Skirts: The Part That Pulls the Profile Together

Side skirts deserve more attention. A front lip can transform the nose, but the side profile is where a build starts to feel connected from end to end. Our Carbon Fiber Side Skirts follow the lower body of the 2024+ Model 3, adding a sharper visual line and a more planted appearance. Their shape is designed to guide airflow along the sides of the car, and they use the same type of prepreg carbon construction found on our race cars. They fit both Performance and non-Performance Highland models. Start with them alone, or pair them with a compatible front lip and rear spats as your exterior takes shape.

Model 3 Performance Front Canards: Small Parts with a Specific Job

Front canards are compact, but their placement gives them a specific aerodynamic job. Mounted at the front corners of the 2024+ Model 3 Performance, these carbon fiber pieces are designed to increase front downforce at higher speeds. That makes them an interesting addition for owners developing their car’s aero setup, particularly when paired with our Front Lip Spoiler and Front Deflectors. Visually, they add a sharper motorsport detail without dominating the entire bumper. Their prepreg carbon construction keeps them lightweight, and installation requires no drilling. If you enjoy making focused changes and seeing your build evolve, canards offer another individual step toward a more purposeful front end.

Model 3 Highland Rear Spats: Finish the Corners

Rear spats address an area that is easy to overlook: the lower outer corners of the rear bumper. Our Carbon Fiber Rear Spats follow the Highland’s body contours and continue the visual line of the factory diffuser, giving the rear a more complete appearance. Their shape is also designed to redirect airflow and contribute to rear aerodynamic performance. They fit all 2024+ Model 3 trims, including Performance, so owners across the Highland range can add them to a build. We particularly like how they connect visually with the Side Skirts. They also work as a smaller standalone addition if you want to introduce carbon at the rear first.

Model 3 Highland Two-Piece Front Lip: Built for the Non-Performance Bumper

Non-Performance Highland owners have their own front lip option, designed around their car’s specific bumper. Our Two-Piece Carbon Fiber Front Lip Spoiler brings a splitter-style profile to the 2024+ Model 3 while following its clean factory lines. The prepreg dry carbon construction gives it a lightweight, rigid structure and the visible weave that makes carbon such a satisfying exterior addition. Development included CFD validation as part of a broader aero package, so its design belongs within a considered approach to airflow management. It is an easy place to begin visually, with compatible Highland Side Skirts and Rear Spats available when you are ready to continue around the car.

Model 3 Performance Rear Diffuser Trim: Bring Carbon to the Center

If you like the factory Performance diffuser’s shape and want to carry carbon across that area, our Rear Diffuser Trim is worth a look. This piece fits over the existing diffuser trim on the 2024+ Model 3 Performance, adding a visible carbon finish while retaining the underlying factory component. Its role in the build is primarily about material, detail, and visual continuity. The prepreg carbon construction follows the bumper contours, and installation requires no drilling. We currently have Satin in stock. Pair it with Rear Spats to connect the center and outer corners, or use it independently for a more understated change to the rear of your car.

Model 3 Highland Aero Mirror Covers: There Is Thought Behind the Details

Mirror covers might seem like a small finishing touch, but we put aerodynamic thought into these, too. Our Highland Carbon Fiber Aero Mirror Cap Covers feature inner-edge vortex generators designed to improve airflow attachment and reduce turbulence. Their development includes CFD testing, while the full-wrap shape conceals the original painted mirror cap for a consistent carbon appearance. They fit 2024+ Model 3 Highland models, including Performance, and we currently have Satin in stock. These are a good choice for owners who want to introduce carbon higher on the body or connect existing exterior pieces visually. Their interlocking fit is intended for installation rather than repeated removal.

Legacy Model 3 High Efficiency Spoiler: A Shape with Data Behind It

For legacy Model 3 owners, our High Efficiency Trunk Spoiler offers a subtle exterior change backed by published aerodynamic research. In our CFD study, its shape reduced total vehicle drag by 6.3% and increased rear downforce by 83.7% compared with the factory baseline without a spoiler. Lower drag supports improved highway efficiency, although the percentage of additional range depends on speed and driving conditions. The spoiler uses autoclaved dry carbon, installs without drilling, and preserves rearward visibility. We currently have Satin available. If your build prioritizes daily driving and longer trips, this is a strong place to start, with a clear purpose behind its understated appearance.

Legacy Model 3 Ascension Front Fascia: A Bigger Change for the Original Shape

We also have something for legacy Model 3 owners looking to make a more substantial exterior change. The Ascension Front Fascia replaces the factory bumper cover with a design developed around the car’s existing engineering, including cooling ducts, lighting, and attachment points. This part is made from urethane, making it a complementary option alongside the carbon pieces featured here. The version currently in stock comes unpainted and without sensor holes, so matching your vehicle’s configuration is essential. Professional preparation, painting, and installation are recommended. For an owner planning a broader refresh, it gives the front of the car a distinctly different identity while respecting the original Model 3 design.
